Round Level Indicator
The institutional “Big Figure” grid — automatically mapped on your MT5 chart with a string-parsing engine that eliminates the float-rounding errors that cause every other round-level tool to miss levels entirely.
Financial markets are not driven by random price action — they are driven by institutional liquidity. Central banks, hedge funds, and major commercial traders don’t place orders at arbitrary prices. They consolidate enormous positions at whole-number “Big Figures”: 1.1000, 2000.00, 150.00. These are the real support and resistance levels — mathematically defined, universally respected, and now automatically mapped on your MT5 chart.
MGH-RoundLevel for MT5 is natively compiled for MetaTrader 5 — not a conversion of the MT4 version. It delivers the same ZeroSize hierarchy system and string-parsing precision, fully optimized for MT5’s multi-asset trading environment.
Why Every Other Round-Number Tool Fails
Most round-level indicators use what appears to be a logical check: price % step == 0. It fails constantly — and silently. Due to the IEEE-754 floating-point standard, a price of 1.2000 can be stored internally as 1.19999999… The modulo check returns false. The level is missed, with no warning.
- Float-based modulo checks miss levels due to IEEE-754 decimal representation errors — silently, on the exact prices institutional traders are watching
- Fixed-step tools break on JPY pairs, Gold, Crypto, and Indices — requiring manual reconfiguration per symbol
- No level hierarchy — all round numbers appear visually identical regardless of institutional significance
- No differentiation between a ZS 2 congestion zone at 1.1250 and a ZS 5 central bank level at 1.0000
MGH-RoundLevel solves this with a proprietary string-parsing engine. It reads the price exactly as MetaTrader 5 displays it on your terminal, then counts the trailing zeros. What you see on screen is what gets detected. Zero false negatives, zero missed levels.
The ZeroSize System — Quantified Level Strength
Not all round numbers are equal. MGH-RoundLevel introduces ZeroSize — a numeric metric that measures institutional significance based on the count of trailing zeros, automatically classifying every level into one of four tiers.
1.00000
Central banks, sovereign wealth funds — the most watched levels in global finance
1.10000
Major institutional desks — primary accumulation and distribution zones
1.12000
Bank-level intraday liquidity — key levels for large intraday flows
1.12500
Day-trading congestion zones — minor psychological levels for scalpers
Major levels (ZS 4–5) render as thick solid lines. Minor levels appear as subtle dashes. The hierarchy is visible instantly — you never have to manually decide how important a level is.

A Complete Trading Framework — Not Just Lines on a Chart
MGH-RoundLevel is not a paint-by-numbers tool. It is a decision-making framework. The full methodology — combining round levels with momentum oscillators, reading wick rejections at ZeroSize zones, and managing risk around institutional liquidity — is published on MQL5.com. Read the full article →
The Momentum Fade Setup — Built Around This Indicator
- Price approaches a ZeroSize 3 or higher level — the institutional grid is the anchor, not a manually drawn line
- A bound oscillator (RSI or Stochastic) shows overbought or oversold conditions simultaneously — momentum confirms the institutional thesis
- A pin bar or wick rejection forms directly on the level — price action confirms that the level is being institutionally defended
- Enter after candle close, with stop-loss 10–15 pips beyond the round number — placed deliberately beyond institutional stop-hunt territory
Core Features
String-Parsing Engine
Reads prices as MT5 displays them — not as raw floats — then counts trailing zeros. Zero false negatives, zero missed levels on any symbol or digit configuration.
ZeroSize Hierarchy
Levels ranked ZS 2–5 by institutional significance. Thick solid lines for major levels; subtle dashes for minor ones. Hierarchy visible at a glance without any interpretation.
Full Visual Control
Color, line style (solid/dash/dot), and width independently configurable per ZeroSize tier. Smart labels display ZeroSize strength and price directly on each level.
VPS-Friendly Performance
Only processes the visible chart range — near-zero CPU overhead. Runs silently alongside any number of other indicators without performance impact.
Universal MT5 Compatibility
Auto-adapts to any MT5 symbol — Forex, metals, crypto, indices, commodities, CFDs. No manual digit or tick size configuration required.
Ray & Trend Line Modes
Choose whether levels project as infinite rays or bounded trend line segments — optimized for different chart layouts and zoom preferences.
Who Is This For?
Institutional Traders
Trade the same levels the big players are watching — automatically mapped, correctly ranked by significance.
S&R Traders
Replace hand-drawn support and resistance with mathematically defined institutional grid levels.
Scalpers
ZS 2–3 levels identify high-frequency congestion zones where price repeatedly stalls and reverses.
Swing Traders
ZS 4–5 levels define the macro structural framework — where major trend changes originate.
